There is a very short window to cancel an order as we usually begin processing once an order is placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 1-800-562-5391 (Mon-Fr 7:00 am – 8:00 pm CST, Sat-Sun 9:00 am- 5:30 pm CST). We will do our best to cancel the order but cannot guarantee it is possible.
